Rules & Regulations for Booking with Hotel Haifa
Welcome to Hotel Haifa. We strive to provide a seamless experience for our guests. Please review our Terms and Conditions carefully before making your booking.
1. **Advance Payment**: Confirmation of your booking is contingent upon the receipt of advance payment for the total amount.
2. **Cancellation Policy**: Should you wish to cancel your booking, please be aware that the advance payment will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. **No Smoking and Spitting**: Smoking and spitting are strictly prohibited on hotel premises to maintain a clean environment for all guests.
4. **Damage Responsibility**: The host is financially responsible for any damages incurred to hotel property, including electrical appliances, fixtures, and crockery. Such charges will be added to the final bill.
5. **Music Regulations**: Recorded and live music, as well as the use of musical instruments, must cease by 10:00 p.m. or as mandated by local laws. For any music performance, a license from PPL or IPRS authorities is required.
6. **Food and Beverage Policy**: Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises. All catering arrangements must be coordinated through the hotel.
7. **Steward Services**: Steward services will be provided exclusively within the hotel premises.
8. **Pandemic Rescheduling**: In the event of a pandemic or government-mandated lockdown leading to the postponement or rescheduling of a booked event or room, the hotel will issue a Credit Note valid for six months. Future dates are subject to availability and mutual agreement.
9. **Dispute Resolution**: We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. Should an amicable solution not be reached, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of the courts.
10. **Tax Charges**: All applicable taxes will be charged separately.
11. **Child Policy**: KIds below 7 years are not charged and 8 years and above is considered as an adult.
